aram Posted December 23, 2017 Share Posted December 23, 2017 (edited) Ma ok to, ali na koliko stepeni da stavim rernu i koliko će mi trebati da postigne meso oko 40 stepeni :( edit: dry aged je zajebano, dosta sporo ide u početku, a onda kreće naglo da skače temperatura... e2: ja obično stavim rernu na oko 100 stepeni, pa posle dvadesetak minuta krećem da merim temperaturu Edited December 23, 2017 by aram Quote Link to comment

Redoran Posted January 9, 2018 Share Posted January 9, 2018 (edited) Ne volim da eksperimentišem sa janjetinom ali kotleti u omotaču od nane su me savladali. Fotke su bulja ali sve drugo je savršeno ispalo, doduše uz 10 minuta dodatnog pečenja jer sam baš onako muški zagrnuo mesište u taj omotač pa je malkice usporilo proces. 12 kotleta isparilo sa stola u trenu.
