Ma ok to, ali na koliko stepeni da stavim rernu i koliko će mi trebati da postigne meso oko 40 stepeni :(

edit: dry aged je zajebano, dosta sporo ide u početku, a onda kreće naglo da skače temperatura...

e2: ja obično stavim rernu na oko 100 stepeni, pa posle dvadesetak minuta krećem da merim temperaturu

Ne volim da eksperimentišem sa janjetinom ali kotleti u omotaču od nane su me savladali. Fotke su bulja ali sve drugo je savršeno ispalo, doduše uz 10 minuta dodatnog pečenja jer sam baš onako muški zagrnuo mesište u taj omotač pa je malkice usporilo proces.

12 kotleta isparilo sa stola u trenu. Ja sam morao da se zadovoljim preostalim omotačem koji je i sam za sebe preukusan.
