Aineko Posted January 30, 2015 Share Posted January 30, 2015 Drzi se. Neverovatno kakvi se problemi stvore od naizgled naivne stvari (zgibova). Inace je rhabdo jedna od prvih stvari o kojoj sam procitala kada sam citala o zgibovima i, panicar kakav jesam, uvek proveravam to oko laktova kad krene da me boli nakon treninga - da nije oteklo itd. Indy Posted January 31, 2015 Share Posted January 31, 2015 4 kile dole ovde, dosad nisam preskočio trening (jesam se zajeb'o zadnji put i greškom upao u neki napredni cycling čas gde su lokalni - uglavnom ženski - lens armstronzi pokušali da me ubiju, i to bez droga, ali sam srećom i to pregurao...) Dosad bez nekih žalbi, radim kao što mi je rečeno. Walking lunge mi je ubedljivo najteža vežba, valjda što tom prilikom radim s najvećom težinom (svojom :D). Bojler mi se malko poravnao, hehe Link to comment
