Milogled Bluff Posted October 3, 2014 Share Posted October 3, 2014 E, ja u zadnje vreme radim hack squat, iliti mrtvo dizanje sa sipkom iza ledja. Mnogo dobra vezba za noge, a ne zahteva nikakvu dodatnu logistiku. Link to comment

Milogled Bluff Posted October 3, 2014 Share Posted October 3, 2014 Pa noge vise rade nego kod klasicnog deadlifta. U donjem polozaju butine su otprilike paralelne sa podom, barem kad koristis ploce od 10 kila, kao ja. Link to comment
