Milogled Bluff Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 E, ja u zadnje vreme radim hack squat, iliti mrtvo dizanje sa sipkom iza ledja. Mnogo dobra vezba za noge, a ne zahteva nikakvu dodatnu logistiku.
Milogled Bluff Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 Pa noge vise rade nego kod klasicnog deadlifta. U donjem polozaju butine su otprilike paralelne sa podom, barem kad koristis ploce od 10 kila, kao ja.

Milogled Bluff Posted October 4, 2014 Posted October 4, 2014 (edited) Pa nema neke epohalne razlike izmedju toga i ove vezbe. A i sad radim veslanje u pretklonu, i farmer walk s bucicama, pa bi jos i klasicni deadlift na sve to bio redundantan. Edited October 4, 2014 by Milogled Bluff
Amelija Posted October 4, 2014 Posted October 4, 2014 može li neko raditi čučnjeve s pravim leđima? to je meni jedan od životnih ciljeva (kao i zgibovi bez ičega, putovanje na Ande i Svalbard, i tako još po nešto)
