Aineko Posted August 8, 2014 Posted August 8, 2014 mozda ti samo fali fleksibilnost? nije to, fleksibilnost je valjda jedino sto mi ne fali. :) problem je pre u tome sto sam ja za 15 godina koliko me zezaju kolena "naucila" da stvari radim na nacin(e) koji izaziva manje bola. npr, trener me tera da "sit back" bez da mi kolena idu mnogo napred ("just sit back") - ja to prosto ne mogu da izvedem, bez ikakve tezine.
Aineko Posted August 9, 2014 Posted August 9, 2014 aha - jedem vrlo malo <_< (ili patim, zavisi kako mi dodje) ma upravo sam opet u procesu of being poked, probed, scanned, tested, CT scan, ultrasound, lung function tests, test krvi gde ti izvuku sedam onih flasica (koji im je limit za jedno vadjenje, pitam se), pa kad svi ti rezultati stignu onda ce me slati kod dietitian (ako ne nadje nesto drugo u medjuvremenu).
