Indy Posted August 19, 2013 Share Posted August 19, 2013 Pa ide covek na spavanje, sta ima veze sto kratko traje. :)S nekoliko badema (ili drugih nutsa, ali bademi su najbolji) nece sanjati karakondzule. Druga voluminoznija hrana moze tesko da padne na stomak pred spavanje. Link to comment

Indy Posted August 19, 2013 Share Posted August 19, 2013 Ma i ja bi pojeo pola lavora, nego ima neka dijeta u kojoj se jede 6 (ali tacno sest) badema kada ti dodje neizdrz. I, zacudo, pomaze. Valjda zato sto u sebi imaju masnoce. Mada, treba da se polako gricka. Link to comment

To moze da varira od 8 badema do tankog parceta hleba sa nemasnim sirom i malo tunjevine.Meni kad se nesto jede a nema niceg spremnog hoce da pomogne caj sa mlekom i medom. Link to comment
