I nije nesto, ali s obzirom da u ishrani nisam menjala skoro nista i da sam smrsala zahvaljujuci vezbanju, i nije lose. Sad bih jos otprilike toliko. casperbgd Posted April 13, 2012 Share Posted April 13, 2012 Nakon duge pauze, ponovo poceh sa treninzima. Upale misica su fenomenalna stvar, prosto su mi mazohisticki nedostajale. I to upala isto vece nakon treninga toliko jaka da ne mogu da rasirim misic do kraja nikako. Prvu nedelju sam preboleo, od sutra krecem drugu, pa cemo videti da li ce uz isti intenzitet treninga doci i upala istog intenziteta ili ce biti slabija. Link to comment
