Stvarno me zanima, nisam pravnik.

Dear founding members of the Culture Exchange,As we are preparing to publish the second part of the article on Teleprompter, we would like you to answer a couple of questions in order to clarify any ambiguities. Some of the questions pertain to particular memebrs of the Culture Exchange and others pertain to the group as a whole.1. @Anna Powdril – In you interview with RTV you claim that "you understand the situation in this country". Would you be so kind to explain the situation in Serbia that you understand? What situation do you understand and how did you come to that conclusion?2. @Simon Wilson – It has come to our attention that you had drawn a picture where a "huge woman" is stomping on the Svetozar Miletic monument in the center of Novi Sad. We would like to know if you know the history of Svetozar Miletic and what he and his monument represent? If yes, please tell us what you know. Also, please tell us what kind of emotions would arise if someone were to come to your country, to your town and draw a similar picture? Do you think it is fair and friendly to come to a foreign city, take up residence, become accepted by the community and present yourself as someone who is here to better life in Novi Sad and draw a picture that suggests the opposite?3. @Evdoxia Seitanidou – It has come to our attention that you use the name Thoxa on all public websites and promotional material. Why is there a need to use different names? Are you aware that misrepresentation is a criminal offence in Serbia? What is your legal name?4. @All – Could you all please tell us, in detail, about your affiliation with Geoffrey (Andrew) and Anna Wormus? When did your cooperation with them and their organization Healing Hearts Balkans start? How did you get in touch with them? Could you tell us exactly what places, institutions and schools had you visited with them? Also, could you please describe, in detail, what you had done during visits to schools, hospitals and similar institutions? We have pictures to document some of the visits to hospitals and schools.5. @Anna Powdrill – In one interview you claim that you had come to Serbia with the help of a humanitarian organization. Could you please tell us the name of that humanitarian organization? When had you started volunteering for that particular organization? What activities had you engaged in during your visit with that particular humanitarian organization?6. @Simon Wilson – Could you please tell us more about your organization New Bottle Radicals? What does the name exactly mean and why had you chosen that particular name? Where is/was the organization registered and what were its main activities? Why is there no internet site where we could find more information about the organization? If it is closed, why is it closed? If it is still active, where is it active and could you describe the main activities of the organization?7. @Simon Wilson – It has come to our attention that you posted a video on Viddler under the name “Exit 2008 – The Family International – New Bottle Radicals”. We would like to know why had the video disappeared? Also, could you tell us about you visit to Novi Sad in 2008 with the Family International? Could you please tell us about your dealings with the Christian organization the Family International? Are you or have you been a member of the Family International? If yes, could you tell us about your activities in the TFI? If no, could you please tell us about your affiliation with the TFI during your visit to Novi Sad in 2008 and New Bottle Radicals?8. @Simon Wilson – Could you please explain your motivation to draw a picture with the logo of the Family International? What does the picture represent? Who was the inspiration behind the picture of the naked woman on the bicycle? Are you aware of the controversial past of the Family International?9. @All – Could you all please confirm or reject your membership in the Christian organization the Family International? If your response to Danilo Redzepovic you claim that some of the member have been born into the Family International. Could you tell us which founding members of Culture Exchange were born into the Family? Do those members still hold a membership with that Christian organization? If they do not hold membership with the Family, could you tell us when they gave up their membership and why? Have they experienced abuse of any kind during their childhood in the Family? Would you say that they were part of the Second Generation of the Family?10. @All – Could you please tell us why you decided to live in Novi Sad? How long are you planning to stay in Novi Sad? Could you describe you future plans?11. @All – We have been in contact with the Family International Information Desk in London for the past week. They were not able to confirm or reject your membership in the Family. They claim that they have no connections with the members of Culture Exchange. In your response you admitted that some of the members are in some way connected with the Family through their parents. We would like you to comment on that. In other words, tell us your opinion based on why the Family Information Desk refused to neither confirm nor reject your claims in your response to Danilo Redzepovic.12. @Former owners of the Early Birds Kids Club – Could you please give us the names of the former owners of the Early Birds Kids Club? When had the kindergarten closed down? Why was it closed down? For how long was it active? How many members did it have? What kind of activities had you organized for the children? Did you have legal permission from the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Serbia to operate a kindergarten?13. @Anna Powdrill – We have recently come across your picture on the official Facebook page of the Family International (facebook.com/thefamilyinternational). Please tell us why your picture is located on their official Facebook page? Could you please tell us about your affiliation with Family? Have you ever participated in their humanitarian work? Where had you done humanitarian work and what kind of work had you done? Are you aware of the controversial past of the Family International?14. @All – In your statements to various media outlets you claim that you have been getting threats. Could you please forward those threats to us? We would like to analyze their content and determine their authenticity. Have you reported those threats to the police? We contacted the police and they were not able to confirm that you had supplied documentation which prove your claims.15. @All – We have come across various interviews where you claim that you are all volunteers and do not receive pay for your work. Could you tell us for whom you volunteer and based on what income do you manage to survive? We understand that Novi Sad is cheaper compared to the UK or the USA, but you still need to survive. Do you have signed volunteer contracts, if so, with whom?16. @All – Could you confirm or reject the statement that you all live in a commune? In other words, do all of the members of the Culture Exchange live together? Those are questions that would helps us a great deal. We want to present the Culture Exchange, its members and the Family International in the most appropriate way. If you think that some of the questions are too personal or if you are not comfortable answering them, you do not have to answer them. We only ask you to be truthful, honest and detailed in your answers. We believe that the above questions can be answered in a time frame of three days. If you should need more time, please contact us. We would like to inform you that the answers you provide will be used in the second part of the article.Thank you very much for your time! Sincerely,Teleprompter Editorial StaffDear Danilo,I don't mind answering any questions about my life, I am a normal 24 year old girl, however because of the obvious intent of your writing to hurt us and the way you slandered us, I do not feel comfortable to answer any of your questions, I hope you understand, we are normal people trying to operate a business in a legal way.Thank youDear Anna Powrdill,We are very saddened by the fact that you are not willing to cooperate with us. If you strongly believe that we have published information that was incorrect or has "slandered" you in any way, we urge you to refute any of those claims and provide sold proof that we had been wrong. In your response to our Editor-in-Chief Danilo Redzepovic, you invited anyone who has any questions to contact you. We did that, but you refused to cooperate with us. It is common practice and in your best interest to refute any "allegations" that you deem untrue. Having mentioned that, we have to inform you that we have gathered information needed for the second article ourselves from independent sources. We will publish that information and we will also publish your latest answer to us as a response to our inquiry for further information. Thank you very much for you cooperation.Sincerely,TELEPROMPTER Editorial Staff

Edited by Marko M. Dabovic

(Mada, koliko shvatam, oni to uopšte nisu krili)
