March 10, 201511 yr Zarelli has taken the 1975 vocal recording of Leonard Nimoy reading Ray Bradbury’s unsettling but vital short story, There Will Come Soft Rains (taken from The Martian Chronicles, 1950), and amped up the sensations with an original composed soundtrack that is (like the story) beautiful, fiery, tragic and tense. Unfortunately Leonard passed away just days after I finished making this animation so it also stands as a small tribute to him.
