Budget cap plan od 2021:

- budget cap: 150M $ (not included: driver salaries, leading employees, marketing)

- plan of liberty is that teams only need 30M $ sponsorship money to reach budget cap

- Ferrari gets a bonus (double as others): 50M $ (engine bonus included)

- engine manufacturers get a bonus: 10M $ - not allowed to pump this into the works team

- they want to make decisions by simple majority, only big decisions with 75% majority (10 persons in this : F1-mangement, teams and FIA)

- teams made no better solution for engines: so the plan is still: 1.6L V6-turbo, no MGU-H, stronger MGU-K, standard TC and ES, higher fuel flow limit, revs increase 3000/min
