cmrlj Posted February 26, 2013 Share Posted February 26, 2013 1:1:1 ?jok, tahinija vise, meda po zelji (mislim da grci rade 1:1, meni to preslatko), kakaoa dok ti se ne svidi boja:) sve ti to ofrlje, radi se po ukusu, dodas pa probas, pa opet dodas, pa ako treba jos malo, tesko ces pogresiti. yolo Posted February 26, 2013 Share Posted February 26, 2013 imam ja teglicu nekog grckog tahinija sa medom koju sam otvorio i potrosio par kasicica pre nego sto sam shvatio da se unutra nalazi med a bas sam se cudio odakle sad humus koji pravim ima sladak ukus. ne mogu se setiti da li sam ga odlozio u kantu za otpatke ali ako nisam rado cu udeliti nekoj dobroj forumskoj dusi koju mrzi da sama mesa med i tahini. yolo Posted February 27, 2013 Share Posted February 27, 2013 moja zena je preterano zablistala sa nekom pastom trofie liguri koju je spremila sa tunom spanacem slatkim lukom i puno bosiljka. ja sam na to natrpao ulje od tartufa i rendani parmadjelo i krupno mleti papar. savrsenstvo.pasta je kupljena u italiji, jel neko video ovako nesto kod nas: Link to comment
