Haralampije Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 (edited) Savrsen komad svinjskog buta odstojao 48 h u mulju i mlevenom djumbiru...sta sa njim raditi?Zarezati malo manje nego ja (ostar noz jbt) i spikovati karanfilicima napraviti glazuru od soka narandze,jack deniel's - a,brown sugara,putera i javorovog sirupa(aka malteks, jel..) a rezultat dvosatnog kuhanja je ovde Edited February 15, 2016 by Haralampije
