hoffnung Posted December 25, 2014 Share Posted December 25, 2014 Imam. Evo recept. Napraviš dizano testo od suvog kvasca, jednog jajeta, 3 deci mleka, 2 deci vode, malo soli, malo šećera. Zamesiš sa oko 700g 400 tip brašna. Kad naraste premesiš. Umutiš penasto 500g maslaca, pa dodaš tri kašike sećera.Izvaljaš oklagijom na oko pola cm, premazeš puterom, preklopiš, razvaljaš, pa toliko puta koliko imaš maslaca i to je to. Najbolje lisnato testo, a domaće hvala renne! a pa dobro, tako kaži - domaće lisnato testo da, ovo je lisnato testo. ja sam imao u mislima totalno nesto drugo vezano za tu koru. mislio sam na onu koru kao sto se pravi za strudlu, mada kora za strudlu ima tri vrste, barem koje ja znam. no, u svakom slucaju, mogao bih da probam da napravim pitu od visanja ali u lisnatom testu.
