boshoku Posted February 16, 2014 Posted February 16, 2014 tartar biftek najjače jelo ikada, barem za nas kuhinjski sputane - bitno imaš vuster (s kojim ne treba preterivati), sve ostalo, što umerenije dodavati, a da se šmek rovitog mesa van klase, ne izgubi +baget, maslac, zelena and/or rukola... bliss

aram Posted February 16, 2014 Posted February 16, 2014 Zvuči dobro, davaj recept! dve ovece glavice luka prodinsto, dodao po kile mlevenog mesa, cetiri cena bluka, naseckao ljustilicom tri bebi sargarepice i dve mini paprike na kolutove. podmazao djuvec muljem, posuo prezlama i sunuo tri konzerve procedjenog pasulja borloti. preko rasporedio ono dinstano meso, posuo jos malo prezle, namleo bibera i nacepkao zalfije, pa pokrio sa jos tri konzerve pasulja. umutio pavlaku sa pola case vode. umutio posebno dva jajeta, pa to pomesao i zalio preko pasulja. 40 minuta na dvestadvaes bilo u rerni...

assück Posted February 16, 2014 Posted February 16, 2014 pauflek sa kozurom iseckanom na kocke zapecen sa belim vinom, prazilukom, paskanatom, sargarepom, crnim i belim lukom i valjda jos ponecim. od toga je napravljen gravy (dodat dijon, vuster i jos nesto), plus salata od rena, jabuke, sargarepe, plus sremus. i neko belo vino
