cmrlj Posted February 11, 2014 Posted February 11, 2014 (edited) cmrljo,koji ti je to recept? ovaj. nemam psilijum za koji u receptu pise da je nezamenljiv, pa sam ga zamenila psenicnim mekinjama :Dvrlo ukusno, ne drzi se najbolje. vezbacu jos.edit. al evo sad vidim u ovom tvom receptu cime se psilijum zamenjuje, odlicno. ivy Posted February 11, 2014 Posted February 11, 2014 (edited) vezi ga mlevenim lanom,samelji ili pola ili celu kolicinu lana pa dodaj jos saku celih preko ako bas hoces da imas cele semenke lana....ili vezi 1 jajetom a onda malo smanji vodu...ne znam zasto to za mleveni lan nigde u tim receptima ne pise a on vrlo pije vodu i vezuje,mozda zato jer oni imaju psilijum a mi jok Edited February 11, 2014 by ivy

Samo celer na stapice i na ulje ili prvo kratki blansh?da,samo celer na stapice pa na puter ili mast.ne treba duboka masnoca ali da je ima,onako..kazu da dosta veze ima vrsta masnoce,jer ipak to nije krompir,neki kazu da je najbolje na puteru..ja sam przila na masti...dosta je brzo gotovo i ne bude hrskavo,bar ovo moje nije bilo nego mekano ali iznenadjujuce odlicno!!i ja sam to danas prvi put pravila i jos moram da isprobavam oko detalja..pa sad razmisljam da li bi bilo hrskavo da sam ostavila duze da se przi,hm.. betty Posted February 11, 2014 Posted February 11, 2014 mislim da je nemoguca sa duzim przenjem. ja prznem samo kratko na vrlo zagrejanom ulju, onda ponekad zaostane neki krck.
