Bujodrag Posted March 22, 2019 Posted March 22, 2019 Juče krupno samleo pola kilograma junetine, lep komad plećke, krtina i jedno dvestotinjak grama od rebara, zbog masnijih delova i loja i dvestotinjak grama svinjskog vrata. Dodao so i izmesio dobro rukama pa zatvorio folijom i ostavio u frižired. Sad ćo opet samleti ali sitno, uz mali komad domaće pršute i slanine i sitno seckani cluk. Pa oet u frižider na par sati. I onda pečenje pljeskavica Očekujem da će biti odlične. Videćemo
