aram Posted February 14, 2016 Posted February 14, 2016 crvene ustipke. bumo vidli... vidli. nije lose, fina im boja, ukus samo malo povuce, taman. nimalo ne smeta ni kad se jedu slatki, a za slane je bas bas ok. 1 kasicica aleve paprike na oko 400gr brasna.

Napravio lazanje praktično put u životu (sa bešamelom, rikotom, mocarelom i gaudom), ispale sjajno, a očekivao sam da ću dobiti nešto ugljenisano na dnu a žitko na vrhu. Šta smo naučili: kore za lazanju blanširati čak i ako piše da se ne kuvaju. Uradio sam tako i nisam pogrešio. Edited February 14, 2016 by Аврам Гојић
