banatjanin Posted October 24, 2015 Share Posted October 24, 2015 jeste mnogo, to sam i ja pomislio, menjam plan. inače, ostavljam duže, ali posle jezike kuvam i višak soli izađe na taj način, ali ovde se to neće desiti. tako da će on večeras u rernu na 80 stepeni, kako sam zamislio, pa šta mu bude do jutra.... jedino mi se ne dopada ta kesa za pečenje, koristim je ponekad, ali ne volim da razmišljam o tome od čega je to napravljeno i šta ispušta po hrani, pogotovo za desetak sati u rerni. a opet, ako umotam u foliju, neće biti hermetički zatvoreno. hm.... Sto se mene tice to ne postoji ;) A sto se tice "hermetike" pa mozes ti da "pritegnes" i foliju da ga ona tobrano zatvori.Samo je pitanje koliko ces da jepresavijas i koliko folije da potrosis.I naravno kakva su termicka svojstva alu folije... Bolje od pečenja korica ili tost hlebova. Po 250 grama rendanog tvrdog sira, iseckanih kiselih krastavčiča, isečene šunke, isečene kuvane šargarepe, 400 g kisele pavlake.
