banatjanin Posted February 16, 2015 Share Posted February 16, 2015 pristavio ovčiji perkelt isekao prekjuče but od šilježeta na kockice pa usolio i na suvo začinio tucanim kimom, crvenim biberom i kardamomom. oprljeno na masti i sad je u tuču sa tri vrste luka, celerom i šargarepom. krčk...krčk.. Barsa Posted February 16, 2015 Share Posted February 16, 2015 Kao neke cufte - junece meso, prezle, beli luk, cedjenog limuna, feta sir, menta, malo tucane ljute, paradajz pire, persun, m. ulje, so biber. Cufte malo prvo proprzio u tiganju, sklonio njih, ubacio u tiganj iseckanu glavicu crvenog luka, dva-tri cena b.luka, dodao paradajz pire (razmucen u malo vode), origano, limunovog soka, persuna i mente, vratio cufte i krcko jos nekih 20ak minuta. Islo uz pire. Nije ispalo lose. Link to comment

Amelija Posted February 17, 2015 Share Posted February 17, 2015 ne bih da budem ling-ter, ali ja sam bila uverena da je neka pasta bila u pitanju tipa pesto đenoveze ili slično a ovo su za mene zeleni rezanci (bwt taljatele = rezanci u bukvalnom prevodu ;) ) Link to comment

nezvanova Posted February 25, 2015 Share Posted February 25, 2015 sutra sa gutom (ZZ) idemo na neku ekskurzijicu u budimpestu, pa spremila sendvicice... od (kao) crnog bageta sa namazom od humusa pa onda redjala seckani avokado, svezu crvenu papriku, mladi luk, stavila i kalamate, rukolu, ajzbega i tostiranog susama, golica i suncokreta... mislim da ce biti sjajni! nosim jos i pahuljice od heljde sa bademovim mlekom i mlevenim lanenim semenom i susamom, bananom, malinama i jagodama. i sad, ne znam da li da menjam evrice, bice da ce ostati madjarska bez mojih 20 evara, koliko sam planirala da potrosim ;-) Link to comment
