Mogu da primene ono sto su sugerisali/naredjivali UA vlastima za vreme protesta na Majdanu. U jednom trenutku je nesto pripucalo (pogledaj razgovor izmedju g-dje Eston i  Urmasa Poeta) na UA policiju. SAD administracija je brze bolje sugerisala da se policija povuce u kasarne i da ne provocira demonstrante. Slicno mogu da primene i u Dalasu.

The gunman killed in a stand-off with Dallas police said he was upset about the police shootings of black people and wanted to kill white officers, the city's police chief has said.
The suspect told police that he was working alone, police chief David Brown told reporters.
Five Dallas police officers were killed and seven wounded by gunmen during protests against the shooting of black men by police, authorities say.
Mr Brown said the suspect had been killed when police used explosives to end a stand-off in a building where he was holed up.
He said that the gunman had told a negotiator that he was "upset about the Black Lives Matter [protest], about recent police shootings, upset at white people, and he wanted to kill white people, especially white officers".
"He said he was not affiliated with any groups, and he did this alone," Mr Brown added.
 

Three people are in custody.

Dallas mayor Mike Rawlings told the news conference that police will not go into detail about the four suspects while a criminal investigation is under way.
Three of the suspects are in custody and one has died. Both the mayor and police chief David Brown confined their remarks to talking about how events unfolded, and to paying tribute to Dallas law enforcement officers.

Čekaj, ti što su uhapšeni su iz one garaže, kad su pokušali da uđu u auto i pobegnu negde? Jesu li to drugi snajperisti ili neka treća lica a snajperisti su ko zna gde?

A gunman in a passing vehicle who opened fire on a police officer on patrol in Georgia will likely be charged with aggravated assault on the officer, authorities said Friday.

 

The suspect was apprehended after a short car chase in the city of Roswell, just north of Atlanta, police said. No one was hit by the shots.

 

The shooting happened shortly before 1 a.m. Friday, a few hours after a sniper attack killed five police officers in Dallas during a protest, and officers were already on edge, Roswell police Det. Zachary Frommer said.

 

The 21-year-old suspect in the Georgia shooting was being questioned by detectives Friday morning. Police do not know of a possible motive, nor do they know whether the shooting was related to rising tensions amid recent police shootings of black men, Frommer said.

 

Asked whether the shooting might be related to the Texas attacks, Frommer said, "Nothing right now says that it is or isn't."

 

"I know detectives have been talking to him, but I don't know how much he's talking," Frommer said.

 

Though he's been speaking with investigators, "his cooperation has been limited," police said in a midmorning update on the case.

 

The Roswell officer who allegedly came under fire was a member of the agency's drunken driving task force. Frommer said he didn't immediately know whether the shots were fireworks or gunshots but quickly realized that "gunshots were coming his way."

 

The suspect fired multiple shots, but none hit the officer or his patrol car, he said.

 

The officer then chased the blue Ford Explorer with a Georgia license plate, which traveled through a shopping center at one point before striking a curb and median and damaging one of its tires, Frommer said. The suspect was then taken into custody.

 

The officer who came under fire "jumped right into action and did a great job chasing this guy down and catching him," Frommer said.

 

Investigators later determined the Explorer had been stolen, police said.

 

Charges will likely include aggravated assault on a police officer, methamphetamine possession, reckless driving and fleeing and eluding, along with charges relating to the stolen Explorer.

 

Roswell, a city of about 95,000 people, is about 20 miles north of Atlanta.

Čekaj, ti što su uhapšeni su iz one garaže, kad su pokušali da uđu u auto i pobegnu negde? Jesu li to drugi snajperisti ili neka treća lica a snajperisti su ko zna gde?

nisam gledao videe, ali koliko citam, samo jedan je bio u garazi.

To će se pomučiti da na sudu dokažu da su radili zajedno, tj. da je samo jedan pucao a ovo drugo dvoje mu trijangulirali telepatski. Posebno pošto nije postojala jedna meta nego je lik pripaljivao po svakoj uniformi na vidiku, dakle biće da se načelnik Brown mentalno prešaltao na onaj drugi slučaj snajperista u Dalasu.

 

Ne zaboravimo da su u startu izbacili sliku random naoružanog crnca sa protesta i proglasili ga za osumnjičenog, pa kad je dotični sam došao u policiju da objasni da nije ni u kog pucao, pokušali da ga Pemblton metodom ubede da jeste, da imaju svedoke, neka im lepo prizna ko je još umešan... a onda ga pustili.
