To je vise princip nego recept.Glavni sastojak je kvas,kiselo testo  od razanog brasna i vode,odnos 1:1 plus Malo bluka i lovorovog lista.To odstoji par dana da se ukiseli.Kacicu recept sa ytuba

@darling probao i ja da ubacim taj začin za medenjake u ovsenu kašu, sam cimet definitivno ide bolje.

Inače baš volim tu mešavinu začina iako muskatni oraščić ne podnosim.
