Toxic Beauty is a documentary feature film with exclusive access to scientists, lawyers, advocates, regulators, politicians, a dynamic whistle blower, survivors and women who have lost their lives. It follows the class action lawsuit against J&J and the plaintiffs, personal stories of women fighting for justice in a race against time with this deadly disease. Woven throughout the film is a human experiment. We document, as Boston University medical student, Mymy Nguyen, measures her chemical body burden from over 27 products. Scientists monitor her shocking results. In the end, the film meets the companies and people who offer solutions and optimism for safer, toxicant free cosmetics. Skin Deep je sajt sa bazom sastojaka, proizvoda i brendova za negu koji ih rangira na osnovu toksičnosti i dostupnih podataka u naučnim https://www.ewg.org/skindeep/ When federal agencies like the Food and Drug Administration fail to act in the public interest, EWG steps up. Our experts are scientists, attorneys and healthy living experts who are passionate about protecting human health and the environment. They bring a wide range of expertise and experience to the table – their collective research and advocacy is grounded in rigorous, science- and data-driven analysis. Boksi Posted November 14 Posted November 14 Ovo mi je zanimljivo: The EU and other countries have banned or limited more than 1,600 chemicals from personal care products. But regulators at the Food and Drug Administration prohibit just nine for safety reasons. A few states have stepped up to protect public health. California and Maryland have banned 24 chemicals from cosmetics. https://www.ewg.org/news-insights/news/2022/10/personal-care-product-chemicals-banned-europe-still-found-us#
eumeswil Posted November 15 Author Posted November 15 Ima Michelle video i o tome. https://labmuffin.com/clean-beauty-is-wrong-and-wont-give-us-safer-products/

On this episode of Shady, our host, Lexy Lebsack explores the unethically sourced ingredient that's in almost all makeup products.
