mozda sam preuranio sa onim da je ludo da ga izbace iz australije sada

 

imaju 4 sata da razmisle prema ovome

◼️ The Border Force delegate's decision to cancel Djokovic's visa be quashed.
◼️ The government pay Djokovic's costs and any reserve costs.
◼️ The Minister must release him "immediately" from immigration detention. This must occur within 30 minutes from 5.16pm, so 5.46pm.
◼️ Djokovic's passport and all other personal effects be returned to him "as soon as reasonably practicable" after the order is made.
◼️ The Minister must concede that the Border Force delegate's decision to proceed with interviewing Djokovic and cancelling his visa was "unreasonable".
◼️ That was because Djokovic was told at 5.20am on Thursday, 6 January that he could have until 8.30am to respond to the notice of intention to cancel his visa, but his comments were sought at 6.14am, the delegate made a decision at 7.42am and he was denied the chance to make comments until 8.30am.
◼️ If Djokovic was given until 8.30am, he could have made submissions after consulting lawyers and Tennis Australia.

ne verujem ni da mu je dokumentacija bila nepotpuna

cista politicka odluka je bila

sudija je bio vidno iznerviran

spekulacije da je vakcinisan sputnjikom su otklonjene

 

 

Transcript confirms Djokovic is unvaccinated

Now that the ruling has been announced, a number of documents related to the case have been released including part of the tennis star's interview with border force.

In this interview, Djokovic announces that he has not been vaccinated.

Interviewer: "What are your reasons for travelling to Australia today?"

Djokovic: "I'm a professional tennis player and the main reason for me coming to Australia is participating in the Australian Open in Melbourne."

Interviewer: "Now question regarding your vaccination - are you vaccinated?"

Djokovic: "I am not vaccinated."

He then tells the interviewer that he has tested positive for Covid twice - in June 2020 and on 16 December 2021.

logicno da srki ima prvi info

verovatno moraju obavestiti nase ministarstvo zbog diplomatskog pasosa

objavljivanje rata ostaje kao opcija

nema sanse da ga deportuju

to bi mu dalo municije da ih tuzi i za sada sto ne igra na turniru, moguce i sledece tri godine

a gde je dusevna bol, tretman kriminalca i sijaset drugih stvari

 

sa druge strane mogu imati podrsku javnosti za izbore, al to se okrece i drugim stvarima

+ ne zna se kako ce se prica sa koronom zavrsiti (u svetlu omikrona)
