MancMellow Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 Ne bre, ozbiljno. What's the deal?

Meazza Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 Please, pisi opsirnije, to je uvek a great read. Kakvu promenu strategije?
Budja Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 (edited) the new president pledged to "massively" cut regulations and taxes on companies, but impose "a very major border tax" if they move factories outside the US. "All you have to do is stay," he told executives from 12 companies including Lockheed Martin, Under Armour, Whirlpool, Tesla and Johnson & Johnson. After meeting business leaders at the White House, Mr Trump pledged to lower corporate taxes to 15% or 20%, from the current 35%, and slash regulations by up to 75% if they keep jobs in the US. "A company that wants to fire all of its people in the United States, and build some factory someplace else, and then thinks that that product is going to just flow across the border into the United States - that's not going to happen," he said. Dow Chemical chief executive Andrew Liveris told reporters afterwards he would take the president at his word. "He's not going to do anything to harm competitiveness," said Mr Liveris. "He's going to actually make us all more competitive." Mr Trump - whose protectionist rhetoric sent the US dollar falling - is due to meet labour leaders in the afternoon.

MancMellow Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 (edited) Kao sto rekoh, 1 izolacionista The new U.S. administration of President Donald Trump vowed on Monday that the United States would prevent China from taking over territory in international waters in the South China Sea, something Chinese state media has said would require Washington to "wage war." "I think the U.S. is going to make sure that we protect our interests there," White House spokesman Sean Spicer told a news briefing. "It’s a question of if those islands are in fact in international waters and not part of China proper, then yeah, we’re going to make sure that we defend international territories from being taken over by one country." .... ...Aides have said that Trump, who took office on Friday, plans a major naval build-up in East Asia to counter China's rise. http://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-china-southchinasea-idUSKBN1572M4 Edited January 23, 2017 by MancMellow
