MancMellow Posted January 9, 2015 Share Posted January 9, 2015 Manchester City have admitted making mistakes regarding Frank Lampard’s status, with the club moving to clarify he never signed a two-year deal with New York City FC and so the midfielder was never on loan from the MLS franchise. Instead City say Lampard agreed “a head of terms commitment” with NYCFC that began on 1 January. Lampard’s precise agreement with NYCFC, City’s sister club, has been unclear after it emerged last week the 36-year-old was never signed by the manager, Manuel Pellegrini, on a temporary basis despite the champions stating this was the case on their website. A clarification issued on Friday by the club said: “The statement on the NYCFC website in July saying Lampard’s two-year contract took effect from Aug 1, 2014 was a mistake. [The] initial statement on City’s website that it was a loan was also an error.” But Lampard, who has scored five goals in 15 Premier League appearances for Manuel Pellegrini’s side this season, has insisted he signed his agreement with NYCFC and intends to honour it after the English season is over. “I want to make it completely clear about my situation as I have read a lot of lies and nonsense over the last few days,” read Lampard’s statement. “When released from Chelsea last year at the end of my contract I signed a commitment to play in NYCFC for two years starting January 1st 2015. I was then offered the chance to train and be a part of the Man City squad in the interim to keep myself in the best shape going into New York. Link to comment

Ima li on uopste kakav papir ili igra kao freelancer u Citiju? Od njih me nista ne iznenadjuje ali Lampsu nije trebala ova papazjanija sa laganjem i mazanjem u smiraj sjajne karijere. Samo mu fali da ostane upamćen kao centar neke glupave afere. Link to comment

Od njih me nista ne iznenadjuje ali Lampsu nije trebala ova papazjanija sa laganjem i mazanjem u smiraj sjajne karijere. Samo mu fali da ostane upamćen kao centar neke glupave afere. Sigurno neće biti upamćen po tome, kao što Gigs nije upamćen prvenstveno po tome što je jebao ženu rođenom bratu ili Džerard po tome da se tukao u klubu ili da je Runi jebao prostitutke dok mu je žena trudna ili da je Teri rasista. copkillah Posted January 9, 2015 Share Posted January 9, 2015 Teško da može da izbije afera kad praktično nema oštećene strane*, a da su NYCFC i Man City nezavisne institucije ne bi ni došlo do ovakvih gluposti gde se ne zna za koga je potpisao i do kada. *osim Specijalnog, on je uvek oštećen već se vidi pasivno-agresivna izjava da "neki nisu bili takvi dok su bili u Čelsiju, promenili su se, nažalost na lošije" Link to comment
