aram Posted February 28, 2016 Posted February 28, 2016 Haralampije, davaj recept! +1 jebote, ovaj 'aralampije bi bio 1 car da nije opsednut nrduletom :D ne: posto sam uspesno sjebo banatjaninovu pekarsku karijeru, napravio pletenicu od testa za morning buns, a u testo dodao kasicicu kurkume. predivna zuta boja peciva, mislim da ce to od sad biti redovan dodatak :) uz to marinirane snicle od vrata, malo pecenih krompira i feta sir

Auuu nisam jeo mozak bar godinu dana ukusno i puno holesterola, kako volem elem recept za supicu INGREDIENTS Serves 6 8 cups low-sodium chicken broth 2 tablespoons fish sauce, divided 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes, divided, 1/2 pound cleaned shrimp (no tails!) 1/2 pound ground pork, 6 shiitake mushrooms, stemmed and finely minced ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro, plus more leaves for garnish ,4 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger, 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil, divided 1 tablespoon Sriracha 1/2 teaspoon salt 6 large square (6 inch) egg roll wrappers 2 scallions, thinly sliced Naravno testo je zamesila gospoja, ja nisam vican.Za testo ide jedno jaje,malo soli,brasna po osecaju da dobijes testo kao za taranu, ako treba doda se jedna kasika vode.Supa je pileca ili govedja(instant ili prava) u nju dodati malo listova kupusa i mladog luka seckano na krupno,zaljutiti i dodati sos od ribe.Knedle spustiti u kipucu supu i kuvati 10 -12 min.Servirati posuto sa seckanim m lukom+ korijander ili persun edit: zaboravih da sam dodao i pirincane pljosnate rezance Edited February 28, 2016 by Haralampije

maheem Posted February 29, 2016 Posted February 29, 2016 (edited) Pribeležena supa. Žabarska pasata, 80g cca maslaca i malo ajvara u tepsiju, metnuti je u zagrejanu rernu. Ćufte: 400+400svinja i june, glavica crnog, 4-5čenova belog, dve šake sitno iseckanog celera (stabiljka), veza peršuna sitno seckanog, kockice buđavog sira jedna šaka, krušne mrve i dva jaja. Ćuftice ubaciti u sos kada se istopi maslac, pokriti tepsiju poklopcem ili folijom i peći 2h na 200C. Preliti grčkom jogurtom pri služenju [emoji14]iggy: Edited February 29, 2016 by maheem
banatjanin Posted February 29, 2016 Posted February 29, 2016 superkul, jedino bi ja eskivirao buđavi sirac, a od začina dodao mrvu cimeta - to je fora skinuta iz onog predojajnog grčkog filma Politiki kouzina (Piece of spice na engelskom), ali ubija kako je dobro
