Mislim, svako vece imam goste i prave se nove vecere nezavisno od NG menija, ali ladno cetvrti dan za redom rucam isto. Doduse, keva je napravila do jaja. Nije dinstala meso, nego sve onako kako je najbolje. Link to comment

banatjanin Posted January 3, 2015 Share Posted January 3, 2015 (edited) neee, to su tačke spajanja, ne razdora! neka cveta hiljudu izjeličkih cvjetova! kad smo kod toga, sve po redu ispalo ovako: sarma u poslednjoj fazi, posle jučerašnjeg četvorosatnog krčkanja, danas prebačena u zemljanu posudu, pa zapečena. preko nje masno kiselo mleko u tanjirima... svinjski odrezak, od "vratnog dela krmenadle"... dva santima debelo, skinem kost sa svakog, usolim, poslažem u posudu i zalijem uljem. ostavim tako par dana, a onda samo vreo tuč pa par minuta sa jedne i par minuta sa druge strane, koliko da pobeli. topi se u ustima, a sokovi pljušte... više nego uspeli kitnkez!!! serviran uz dolče gorgonzolu Edited January 3, 2015 by banatjanin Link to comment
