ivy Posted October 30, 2014 Share Posted October 30, 2014 (edited) zasto to mislis? ne mora,sadrzaj je obicno nesto(spanac,praziluk/slaninica,mleveno meso,sta god) sa jajima i pavlakom,zacinima a to je vrlo samoodrzivo u podmazanoj vatrostalnoj posudi,20tak min na 200c,cvrsto,sece se u kriske,sve radi samo..testo je cist visak.. ivy Posted October 31, 2014 Share Posted October 31, 2014 ovo zvuci super. znaci stavis samo sirov praziluk (ili ga pre skuvas?), slaninu, polijes jajima i pavlakom i to je to? a da, i koji je odnos jaja i pavlake, i koliko debelo da prelijem? prvo otopim/malo proprzim slaninicu pa izvadim pored a u toj masnoci prodinstam praziluk secen na kolutove(ja stavim prilicno praziluka jer volim da se oseti dakle 2,3 struka,u zavisnosti od debljine),vratim slaninicu,zacinim..obicno ne treba so zbog slaninice,obilno nameljem bibera,majcine dusice pa umutim otkud znam,nekoliko jaja(3,4) i nekoliko kasika pavlake sve sjedinim..liznem da vidim dal treba mozda soli..saspem u podmazanu vatrostalnu moze i u tepsiju u zagrejanu rernu na 200c na 20-30 min dok ne porumeni...stvrdne se zbog jaja i sece se na kriske.. servirati sa ogromnom cinijom salate po zelji :p Link to comment
