teleca rebra sam posolio, pobiberio, dodao persun, maslinovo ulje i sok od jednog limuna. dobro utrljao i stavio da odstoji jedno 2-3 sata. ubacio u vatrostalnu sa krompirom. dolio casu bijelog vina. poklopio i ubacio u dobro zagrijanu pec na 45 minuta.

znaš šta, baš smo malopre komentarisali, ovo uopšte ne nadima niti nešto pada teško u odnosu na sličnu postavku kad se nakupuje u marketima... kod njih tamo (malo mesto nadomak Šimanovaca) ovo doručkuju pa na njive
