ma zena upropastila par ovecih patlidzana, sekuci ih nejednako. onda usolila i ostavila nas dva momka da smislimo sta cemo s njima. ja proprzio patlidzan fino, da porumeni, sin oljustio paradajz i ljuljnuo na mulje da se zgusne, na kraju mu dodali dva cena bluka. poredjao patlidzan u tepsiju, prelio paradajzom, dodao jos pola case vode i zapeko 20-tak minuta u rerni. kad se malo prohladilo premazao fresh kremom u koji sam umutio jos cen bluka i gomilu persuna. uz to bacili po biftek na tiganj i evo pufcemo i cekamo mamu :)

e to mu dodje nesto ko ona nasa masnija pavlaka, ne mnogo kiselo, a gusto i masno. tj nije kiselo uopste, a ima 30% mlecne masti. i nije fresh cream nego creme fraiche. edit: jebo me mobilni i edit :lolol:jes, mileram :)

salatu od brokolija-pavlaka,bluk,mulje,malo senfa,so,biber,pečeni suncokret,susam i malo pečenice sečene na trakicei homemade paštetu od leftovera ribe-maslac,cluk,crvena paprika sitno sečeni,limun,so,bibera posle idem u veliki grad,bar ću imati mesta u autobusu :D
