Izdinstaš luk, crni i beli, šargarepu peršun, može i bolo meso ko voli. Pa naliješ vodom i krčak pola sata. Posoliš, pobiberiš. Pa posle pola sata dodaš iscepkani karfiol, naliješ sa mlekom, i kad karfiol smekša gotovo je. Dodaš još seckanog lista peršuna na kraju.
