17:12 CEST: End of planned Schiaparelli transmission. Initial signals were received via the Giant Metrewave Radio Telescope (GMRT) as Schiaparelli descended to the surface of Mars, but no signal indicating touchdown yet. This is not unexpected due to the very faint nature of the signal received at GMRT. A clearer assessment of the situation will come when ESA's Mars Express will have relayed the recording of Schiaparelli's entry, descent and landing.

There is still no word on the fate of the European Space Agency's Mars lander, Schiaparelli.

Nije toliko bitno, ovo je bila demo misija za pravu stvar, 2020 i lender.

Jel ovo sada, Evropskoj svemirskoj agenciji, drugo neuspešno spuštanje na Mars?

Није још сигурно шта се десило са површинском опремом. У 10 сати ЕСА има конференцију за новинаре о томе. Практично површинско спуштање је требало да буде ЕСА, док Руси имају опрему у орбитеру, тржење воде.

За следећу мисију Руси ће градити платформу за спуштање на површину а ЕСА треба да направи возило.

При спуштању на повшрину тест платформе све је ишло добро док није подигнут падобран. Имају податке све до спуштања.
