To ne bi bio lep posao da si prinudjen da ga radis da bi preziveo ceo zivot, kao sto ne bi ni bilo sta drugo. Ali ti si tu nevezano za novac i utilitarnost tog rada. Jednostavno uzivas u shumarku. Yoyogi Posted January 10, 2018 Posted January 10, 2018 Još da možeš da se ukačiš gore u drvo pa da tu živiš bez troškova, to bi bilo neviđeno jedinstvo rada i života, to zovu "samoaktualizacija". Drugo, da bi zaradio jedan jedini dinar, moraš da imaš radnu vizu. To je nemoguće dobiti za poslove koje Thai mogu da urade.

MilenaS Posted January 10, 2018 Posted January 10, 2018 Ne pričaj gluposti Yoyogi, evo baš suprug se vratio sa tog njihovog sastanka dijaspore, koje organizuje ambasada, ima jako puno stranaca bave šečernom trskom, porez poljoprivrednika je samo 2 posto, vozio me je skoro neki Uber vozač koji gaji one cvrčke što se jedu, ne znam kako se zove, 100 000 THB mesečno mu ostane posle troškova, a čovek inžinjer po struci, batalio to da bi radio kao farmer. Pitam se da li noksich ljudima koji iznajmljuje svoju kuću opravlja vodokotliće, slavine i prozore kada se nešto pokvari ili i to ide na račun stanodavca isto onako kao što su njega vlasnici mučili i čerečili toliko da je morao kofom svoj izmet da ispira.

Yoyogi Posted January 10, 2018 Posted January 10, 2018 Stanodavac plaća 13% mesečne rente agenciji koja za njega izdaje stan. Stanarima je je zabranjeno da bilo šta sami popravljaju ili menjaju. Za ukucati ekser za sliku u zid treba odobrenje. Kada se nešto pokvari, zove se agencija i ona pošalje majstora. Stanar ne plaća ništa, račun je između agencije i vlasnika, verovatno do neke vrednosti uračunat u onu mesečnu proviziju.

Da da da, samo eto što šečerna trska i cvrčci nisu salt ili rice farming, i samo što u tim kategorijama večina radnika i fizičke snage su stranci, Travel Hub je 100 posto owned by USA citizen, čuti i pokrij se ušima, ne brukaj se neznanjem i poluinformacijama.
palikaris Posted January 10, 2018 Posted January 10, 2018 mozes da otvoris firmu u Thai i na 100% stranog vlasnistva, ali to zahteva ogromna ulaganja (ne znam koji je minimalni iznos, ne secam se, al neke stotine hiljada evra) sto se svodi onda samo na velike kompanije. Za nesto sitno, sto bi eventualno neko od nas mogao da otvori kao privatni biznis, mora da bude 51% thai vlasnistvo, plus ako hoces i da radis u firmi, a ne samo da budes vlasnik, moras da izvadis radnu dozvolu za sebe, a na svaku radnu dozvolu za stranca moras da imas 5 zaposlenih domacih. Zato vidjas po Tajlandu u nekim malim restoranima ili barovima gde bi kod nas radio jedan ili dvojica konobara po njih 10 da bleji iza sanka, realno ima posla za jednog, ostali vataju zjale sta ce.

To je tako ako gazda izdaje preko agencije koja mu je i property manager, ali ako iznajmljuje privatno - sto dosta njih radi, onda nije tako. Sve zavisi od odnosa i poverenja izmedju dva lica - no da sam ja gazda ne bih imao poverenja u pijavice kao noskich. Edited January 10, 2018 by dragance

Ako neko ovoliko plaća treba da menja agenciju jer ga deru. Realna cena je oko 5%, procenat gore dole u zavisnosti koliko dobro umeš da se cenjkaš.

Ništa bez baba Kurane. Thai i Amerika imaju "Amity Treaty" koji daje specijalna prava samo američkim državljanima koji hoće da otvore firmu u Thai. Ograničenja za farming su još više pojačana od kada su Arapi pokazali interesovanje za (ogromna) ulaganja. Fizikalci su Burmanci i Khmer, na stotone hiljada njih. Jednog jedinog Zapadnjaka tamo nema.

To ide preko BOI (Board of Investment) koja ima predstavništva u 14 zemalja da privuče strane investitore. Kakvi bre sakupljači gume preko noći. Ko ne ide preko njih, postoji tehnički prolaz, dva miliona dolara i mora biti komercijalni objekat (na primer, hotel). Pa i to ide preko "Gold Card" koja je sama po sebi 150 EUR mesečna taksa samo da se bude u Thai. Košta 0.5 miliona THB (5 godina), 1 milion (10 godina), 2 miliona 20 godina.
