Gandalf Posted February 17, 2011 Author Posted February 17, 2011 (edited) If protesters in Libya push on, the Libyan dictator and his family won't last for long. You don't know how much he is hated by his people and he knows that they would love to get their hands on him... I expect violence in Libya.Posted by As'ad AbuKhalil at 8:25 AM A comrade who should remain anonymous: "The following numbers are straight from the hospital in Bahrain: * 5 dead, 2000 young adults injured, 400 elderly injured, 250 women injured, 70 children injured... 300 of the mentioned in critical condition * Police have attacked ambulance crews * blood donars heading to the hospital attacked. Only people that can safely go to the hospital are doctors and nurses with IDS"Posted by As'ad AbuKhalil at 9:58 PM Edited February 17, 2011 by Gandalf
Gandalf Posted February 17, 2011 Author Posted February 17, 2011 par crtica o tipu koji je zaduzen za novi egipatski ustav...http://nisralnasr.blogspot.com/2011/02/tariq-al-bishri-and-constitutional.htmlBishri himself is a more complex figure whose familial and personal history are revelatory of changes in Egyptian society over the last century. His grandfather served in the position of Shaykh al-Azhar, the most important religious position in the Egypt, at the beginning of the 20th century. His father was on the Court of Cassation, the highest state appellate court in the 1930s. He himself spent his entire working career in the State Council which is the highest administrative court in Egypt and is modeled on the French Conseil d’Etat....Bishri has served as an adviser to several groups of younger activists (and these days almost all activists are younger than he is) including Kifayah (Enough) which can be considered the point of departure of the groups that initiated and led the recent mass protests. Although he is personally close to members of the Muslim Brothers (including the noted attorney Salim Al-Awa) and has a high opinion of their importance in Egyptian political history, he has (to my knowledge) never been a member. He is often bracketed in Western accounts with others who are considered Islamic liberals such as Awa or the constitutional law professor Kamal Abu al-Magd who Mubarak, in the waning hours of his government, appointed to his own committee to oversee constitutional reform.
Čujem, među zahtevima su "political changes, more jobs and improved housing".
