Evo ga sad i BBC:Although Security Council resolution explicitly excludes "a foreign occupation force of any form on any part of Libyan territory", it does not rule out targeted intervention by ground forces, for example, special forces sent in to take out snipers from residential centres.

Evo ga sad i BBC:Although Security Council resolution explicitly excludes "a foreign occupation force of any form on any part of Libyan territory", it does not rule out targeted intervention by ground forces, for example, special forces sent in to take out snipers from residential centres.
"sve potrebne mere" je lepa i korisna formulacija. rastegljiva.o "placenicima", interesantno.
Gaddafi has been erratic and mischievous, misusing Libya’s financial clout to act as the biggest buyer in a regional political marketplace. Between eleven and seventeen African countries—to be precise, African heads of state—have benefited from his largesse. Many rebel groups, especially in neighbouring countries, have also been the recipients of extraordinary Libyan giving sprees.Much of Libya is now ungoverned. That is particularly true of southern Libya. There has been little attention to the towns of the south, such as Sebha and Kufra, with no international correspondents there. These places are matters of great concern to neighbouring governments such as Niger, Chad and Sudan, because these towns have served as the rear base for armed rebellions in their countries, and rebel leaders still reside there. Gaddafi’s opening of the Libyan arsenals to anyone ready to fight for the regime, and the collapse of authority in other places, means that such rebels have been able to acquire arms and vehicles with ease. The Sudanese defence minister visited N’djamena last week to discuss the threat.Reporters on the coast have spoken about African mercenaries serving in the pro-Gaddafi forces, mentioning countries of origin such as Chad, Burkina Faso and Mauritania. There are also rumours that Darfurians, including members of rebel factions based in Libya, are fighting in Libya. The deal is reportedly simple: take whatever arms you can handle, and fight for me, and then those weapons and vehicles are yours for whatever use you see fit.Mercenaries, freebooters and rebels from across the Sahel, and even beyond, are heading for Libya to take advantage of this open-entry, take all you can arms bonanza.

Uganda’s Daily Monitor reports: "The European Union will provide 265,000 euros (Shs840 million) in urgent funding to the African Union High-level ad hoc committee to Libya."...Cynics have explained the AU’s negative reaction to the no fly zone in Libya as motivated partly by Qadhafi’s significant and sustained financial backing of the AU. With the EU engaging the AU financially and diplomatically, it appears that European powers are looking to win some AU support for the operations in Libya – and to start shaping a new political calculus in (a post-Qadhafi?) Africa.

:( Revolution fatigue syndrome (RFS)Definition:Triggered by ME Up-rise news. The condition starts by an insatiable tendency to follow updated news about the ME, write or post comments about it. The patient during the early stages believes that missing any news may result in utter chaos. In addition, the patient has a false conviction that he/she posses infinite wisdom and deep knowledge that should be shared with others via posting comments every where, especially on social media. The Condition is worse among individuals who tend to own several gadgets to access news and social media. This period is then followed by sudden loss of energy, stamina and drive i.e exhaustion

But NATO said its no-fly zone operation could last three months, and France cautioned the conflict would not end soon.

Luka, tako nekako, ukoliko dodje do nekakvog dislociranja Gadafijeve vojske to ponovo otvara mogucnost protesta i demonstracija protiv Gadafija, sada jos ispunjenih gnevom i mrznjom.

Teske borbe u Misrati i Adzdabiji.Zaboravih danas da pomenem Bahrein. Tamo su opet su izbili sukobi. Nema tacnih informacija o broju ubijenih i ranjenih u Siriji.

Edited by Gandalf
