vememah
Cipras odneo pobedu na CK, kongres će biti tek u septembru, a po nekim izvorima 17 članova CK je podnelo ostavke. Parlament će izgleda morati da se izjasni o Varufakisovom slučaju. Varoufakis May Face Criminal ProsecutionFormer Greek Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis may face criminal prosecution after senior state prosecutor Efterpi Koutzamani ordered parliament to examine several complaints against him.So far Varoufakis is slapped with five separate lawsuits, with the serious charges of “treason, violation of privacy data, breach of duty, violation of currency laws and belonging to a criminal organization.”The charges are brought after Varoufakis revealed a contingency plan of a parallel payment system within Greece in case banks were forced to close. The plan included hacking into citizens’ tax profiles and generating a secret payment system, while ultimately leading to a national currency. As it is now, Varoufakis has immunity as a lawmaker. A ballot in parliament, though, can decide if his immunity is lifted so he can stand trial.Meanwhile, citizen groups have organized a protest rally in front of the Supreme Court on Thursday evening demanding the prosecution of the former minister.Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras has distanced himself from Varoufakis. He has stated that he never authorized him to formulate such plans or any others that would endanger Greece’s stay in the Eurozone. On Wednesday he spoke on SYRIZA-supporting Sto Kokkino radio station and during the two-hour interview he didn’t mention once his former finance minister and friend. On Thursday, during the party’s meeting of the Central Committee, Parliamentary Representative Nikos Filis stated that Yanis Varoufakis “has said a lot of bul%#&it”. He also said that if the things Varoufakis claims are true, he should stand trial at a special court, “but they are not true,” he added.http://greece.greekreporter.com/2015/07/30/varoufakis-may-face-criminal-prosecution/ Edited July 30, 2015 by vememah Link to comment

vememah
Jbt na kraju će da glavi ćorku. Ne verujem, pošto su u pitanju privatni tužbeni zahtevi, barem ne do promene vlasti. Evo detalja za dve tužbe: The legal suits were filed last week by Apostolos Gletsos, the mayor of Stylida in central Greece and head of the Teleia party, and Panayiotis Giannopoulos, a lawyer. Giannopoulos is suing Varoufakis for treason over his handling of talks with Greece’s creditors. Gletsos, for his part, accuses Varoufakis of exposing the Greek state to the risk of reprisals. As there is a law protecting ministers, the judiciary cannot move directly against Varoufakis. It is up to Parliament to decide whether his immunity should be lifted so he can stand trial. The first step would be to set up an investigative committee. http://www.ekathimerini.com/200031/article/ekathimerini/news/supreme-court-prosecutor-takes-action-over-varoufakis-affair Link to comment
Prospero
Kakva je to "privatna tužba za izdaju?" Kako glasi presuda - "izdao si .... nešto... a kazna je oglas u novinama u kom se izvinjavaš privatnom tužiocu"? Link to comment

Prospero
Nemam pojma realno, jel može privatno da se tuži za izdaju a da se ne umeša neko javno tužilaštvo na nekom nivou? Link to comment

But you can’t say that he is a crook, you can’t say that he stole the money of the Greek people, you can’t say that he had a secret plan to lead the country on to the rocks.” Link to comment
