I to baš u vezi Estonije (Letonije, you name it...) Edited July 9, 2015 by Tribun_Populi
Marvin (Paranoid Android) Posted July 9, 2015 Posted July 9, 2015 Pardon ako je ovo bilo - uz nominalnu dozu skepse o istinitosti, izuzetno zanimljivo: 'We underestimated their power': Greek government insider lifts the lid on five months of 'humiliation' and 'blackmail' "Senior advisor" sa grčke pregovaračke strane govori o poslednjih 5 meseci pregovora i kulminaciji... i nikad nećete pogoditi šta se onda dogodilo.
vememah Posted July 9, 2015 Posted July 9, 2015 (edited) Telegraf o tome koliko će ko morati da popusti: Making sacrificesBut what will have the government have to sacrifice in return for a debt write-off?In requesting a longer three-year loan from Europe's joint-rescue fund - the European Stability Mechanism - Alexis Tsipras is set to commit to a harsher set of austerity proposals to cut spending and raise taxes.George Saravelos at Deutsche Bank said: "Creditor demands are likely to be more strict than under the prior EFSF proposals." He notes that the economy has deteriorated under capital controls and the country's financing needs are thus much higher than they were only a few months ago. Here's a run down of where the Greeks may have to capitulate.Tax exemptionsThe government has fiercely resisted abolishing the special tax exemptions of the Greek islands.Currently, islands - including tourist hotspots such as Mykonos and Santorini - benefit from a special 30pc discount on all VAT. Creditors are pushing for loopholes of this sort to be closed.Defence spendingGreece has one of the highest military spending budgets in the European Union. Creditors want €400m to be loppped off this outlay in 2016. Athens so far has only conceded to €200m, but is likely to have to go the full hog.PensionsThis is one of areas where the government appears to have already made concessions. But in order to further satisfy creditors, Mr Tsipras may well now agree to phasing out the supplementary pensions provided to Greece's poorest pensioners (EKAS) by the mandated date of 2018. So far, Athens has said it would not touch the pensions of the 20pc of EKAS recipients (the poorest of the poor pensioners), but that may well have to go too. Is it all worth it?Austerity measures and deeper structural reforms seem to be the price the Greeks will have to pay in return for having a portion of their debt burden alleviated. The concession would allow Mr Tsipras to sell the deal as a face-saving measure after the Greek people delivered a 'No' to the previous bail-out terms, which provided no explicit promise to debt relief.Restructuring would also prove a significant political victory against the eurozone's hawkish creditor bloc - led by Germany - who have refused to countenance any measures that will hit their taxpayers. On Wednesday, Mr Tsipras took to the European Parliament to tell a prominent German MEP that it was Europe's decision to wipe off nearly 60pc of Germany's post-war liabilities that represented true "solidarity" in the continent.Reprofiling is likely to take the form of further maturity extensions on Greece's loan repayments. These already stretch out as far as 2057. The Greeks may also be given some form of "debt swap" where expensive bonds could be paid off by cheaper loans from the ESM. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/economics/11728642/What-does-Greece-want-from-a-rescue-deal-sticking-points.html Mislim da s ovakvim fudgeom i raspoloženjem u Atini nema šanse da se kriza ne vrati u još gorem obliku za nekoliko godina. Edited July 9, 2015 by vememah
MancMellow Posted July 9, 2015 Posted July 9, 2015 'We underestimated their power': kako sada izgleda, nesto slicno moze da se desi da kaze i Sojble. Nece biti pravih pobednika u ovoj prici. Procitacu posle tekst

How convenient. Jebo im ja mater i formalno i neformalno.
Tribun_Populi Posted July 9, 2015 Posted July 9, 2015 A meni liči na pamflet plasiran tamo gde treba i gde će malo bolje da se primi. Svejedno, neka je i 10% svega tačno, mnogo je, i upravo pokazuje u kakvoj je legitimacionoj krizi EU.
