Nepogresivo uspe da se ukrca na pricu koja se blizi kraju... Ne bih bio tako siguran. Upravo u UK bi situacija sa balonom nekretnina mogla da pukne uskoro, a onda bi videli konacno i drugu stranu medalje QE.

Kuce koje s vremena na vrme merkam ^_^ i dalje kostaju manje nego 2006-te (u evrima). Priznajem, nije bas Shepherd's Bush ^_^ Plus, UK nije u Evru, imaju oni i neke samostalne mehanizme na raspolaganju. Restrikcije na strani ponude seu ogromne pa to pogoduje rastu cena. Ni 2008 pad cena u UK nije bio tako drastican kao u druga dva primera. Nema u UK napustenih blokova zgrada kao u Spaniji.

To je, u stvari, objasnjenje ona dva naizgled protivrecna tvita. Da, s tim koliko sam ja razumeo prospera prosiren je broj ljudi ali nisu uvedene nove sankcije. Cipras izgleda pokusava da balansira i da se ne uvuce u ulogu EU negativca.

Dobro, videcemo - prosecne cene male kucice se sada priblizavaju 300K, u Londonu 500K. Kad ne bude vise QE i pocnu da skacu kamate bice zanimljivo videti ko ce to da otplati dok plate stagniraju ili cak padaju. I to u zemlji sa ionako najvisim privatnim zaduzenjem. Inace, ovo oko Grcke i Rusije je dosta zanimljivo - trazi se evropska solidarnost po pitanju dugova a sa druge strane ekstra spoljna politika. To je na duzi rok nerealno.

Kao onomad kada je Robespjer zaposljavao pletilje na galerijama narodnih sudova da vriste uaaa!!! kada su ljudima kao Lavoazije donosene smrtne presude. Neka su mu napakovali 99% optužnice, koji đavo ga je terao da se igra poreznika?

Inace, ovo oko Grcke i Rusije je dosta zanimljivo - trazi se evropska solidarnost po pitanju dugova a sa druge strane ekstra spoljna politika. To je na duzi rok nerealno. Ako misliš na prosečnu 3+1 semi-detached kuću sa dvorištem (najčešći izbor srednje klase) ona je u južnom Londonu minimum 800k sterlinga a u severnom Londonu je odavno prešišala milion. To više niko iz srednje klase ne može da priušti. Cene teško da će padati jer kupci i ovako i onako više nisu lokalci nego bogataši iz svih krajeva sveta.

Ili misle da će prvo primeniti sve te mere, pa će one samo se posebi podići proizvodnju/trošenje i poreze na kraju ? Ima li negde detaljnije kako se planira nacionalizacija banaka (ili će imaju 1 državnu banku) ?
