Queen backstage at the Rainbow in 1974 – in pictures

A rare 1970s recording of concerts by an up-and-coming band called Queen gets it first release this week. Made at London venue the Rainbow – now a Pentecostal church – with a view to putting out a live album, the tapes were eventually archived as the group’s popularity accelerated.
