Individual Hadza had days of more and less activity, and some burned 10% more or less calories than average. But when adjusted for nonfat body mass, Hadza men and women burned the same amount of energy per day on average as men and women in the United States, as well as those in Europe, Russia, and Japan, he reported in PLOS ONE in 2012. “It’s surprising when you consider the differences in physical activity,” Schoeller says.

Studies of other hunter-gatherer and forager groups have confirmed the Hadza are not an anomaly. Pontzer thinks hunter-gatherers’ bodies adjust for more activity by spending fewer calories on other unseen tasks, such as inflammation and stress responses. “Instead of increasing the calories burned per day, the Hadza’s physical activity was changing the way they spend their calories,” he says.

Pontzer agrees that exercise is essential for good health: The Hadza, who are active and fit into their 70s and 80s, don’t get diabetes and heart disease. And, he adds, “If exercise is tamping down the stress response, that compensation is a good thing.” But he says it’s not fair to mislead dieters: “Exercise prevents you from getting sick, but diet is your best tool for weight management.”

Dobro ,treba uzeti u obzir prosecni bazni metabolizam Hadze od 55kg zive vage i 1,65 m i prosecnog stanovnika razvijenih zemalja.Tu su statisticki isti kad se obavi proracun ali mi trosimo daleko vise energije na odrzavanje telesine od Hadzi a manje na aktivnosti.Takodje treba istaci da Hadze imaju manje ostecene mitohondrije uzrokovane ugljenim hidratima i biljnim uljima i da voce koje oni konzumiraju ima daleko manje secera i manje je dostupno tokom godine kao i korenje/komipiri razni.Zdraviji organizam sa manjim BMI.

He backed this up with a new analysis of data from another team’s study of sedentary women trained to run half marathons: After weeks of training, they barely burned more energy per day when they were running 40 kilometers per week than before they started to train. In another study of marathoners who ran 42.6 kilometers daily 6 days per week for 140 days in the Race Across the USA, Pontzer and his colleagues found the runners burned gradually less energy over time—4900 calories per day at the end of the race compared with 6200 calories at the start.

ovo je verovatno najbolje pitati doktora nakon što ti pogleda analize krvi, hormona, masti i uzme u obzir godine i način ishrane. ja sam otprilike te visine i trenutno težim da se dovedem na 70. to bi mi bilo optimalno. celog odraslog života sam imala oko 60, ali sam sve to vreme bila malokrvna i prehlađena po 5 puta godišnje. kad sam prebacila 65, prestala sam da se prehlađujem i ponovo sam počela da doniram krv.

Pa zavisi jbt pre svega od toga šta želiš od sebe, kao i od milion drugih fizioloških faktora. Tipa sitnice kao što su pol, godine i trenutna mišićna masa i procenat masti :D Pa hormoni, zadržavanje vode... I na primer da li postoji neki cilj vezan za performans tipa snaga, izdržljivost, agilnost ili je samo izgled i zdravlje cilj. Pa onda kakav izgled se želi i na kom aspektu zdravlja se želi staviti fokus i tako dalje. Ne može niko da ti sada izbaci broj. Mislim, imaš odrednice WHO ako tražiš jedan broj, ali čak i za to moraš da kažeš godine i pol :D

Odlicni su mi i krv i hormoni, nego me pocese ljudi prepadati da sam bas smrsala. I muz kad me video kaze istopila se. Stala na vagu kad ono stvarno 59kg. Moja tezina je 63. Osecam se zdravo, keva nije mogla da me nahrani plus sam jela uvece a nikad ne jedem posle 6popodne. Valjda od silnog plivanja i šetnji i partijanja nestalo. Metabolizam mi je brz, do 3 popodne vec sam imala 3 obroka. Mogu konju rep da iščupam al ...ne znam...isprepadali me ljudi. 

Nista ne zelim da postignem, niti pratim masnocu, samo da mogu da setam i to malo sto vezbam.krv ne dajem vise, svaki put me ovde iscede, ne mogu posle da se povratim dva meseca (osim u hitnim slucajevima dajem jer imam nultu +)

 

@slepa živana imala sam utisak da si ti bar 175cm :)

Ako si proverila šećer i related, i štitnu žlezdu, prvenstveno, onda bi valjda trebalo da budeš mirna. I ako se, naravno, osećaš dobro. Takva ti je konstitucija, a i nije neki gubitak na težini (mada se procentualno gleda).

kako bre nije "neki gubitak",

sve sto je +5% u tako kratkom periodu, nalaze oprez.

 

mustang, prati stanje (umor, energija) i nastavi sa pregledima.

Kažem procentualno, ogradila sam se ;)  Prema mojim saznanjima, radi se o 10%, (do 15%) , u zavisnosti o čemu se radi. A ako je radila analize a prethodno partijala i bila intenzivno aktivna, i oseća se dobro, a tako kaže, meni ne deluje kao razlog za brigu.

 

Meni je za skidanje 5% dovoljno da nedelju dana promenim režim ishrane/radim 2 smene.

Ko brat kad me pita "seko, jel si ti to bolesna, umires, kad si tako stalno nasmejana i zajebavas".
