Previse su daleko izbori da bi shutdown imao uticaj cak i u normalnom presidency a tek u Trampovom... do izbora ce se desiti jos 900 slicnih prica

The Federal Reserve can extend credit to power these projects and investments and new public banks can be created to extend credit. There is also space for the government to take an equity stake in projects to get a return on investment. At the end of the day, this is an investment in our economy that should grow our wealth as a nation, so the question isn’t how will we pay for it, but what will we do with our new shared prosperity.

The Green New Deal is all the rage in liberal politics, and on Thursday it's generating headlines as Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-NY, and Sen. Ed Markey, D-Mass. unveiled a resolution outlining the general aims of the project. Ja sam mislio da samo fringe libertarijanci imaju potrebu da se raspravljaju sa "rat je dobar za ekonomiju" stavovima. Ali AOC izgleda voli da dodaje municiju. 

 

Sa druge strane, dobar je deo dokumenta koji se odnosi na potrebu da država centralizuje-artikuliše pronalaženje novih rešenja za sprečavanje ekološkog sunovrata. Individualne i tržišno vođene akcije nisu učinkovite agregatno, potreban je drugačiji način. ALi to je problematično mesto moderne levice - što radi odličnu dijagnostiku ali joj je slabašna terapija koju predlaže.
