hansolo Posted July 18, 2015 Share Posted July 18, 2015 zamesila tortilje, ispale bas profi + malo sveze slanine, iseckala jako sitno i preprzila hrskavo, izvadila pa u tu mast + mali grumen putera iseckala jedan luk crni i par cena belog, pola crvene, pola zelene babure, pola ljute paprike, i polovinu male zelene tikvice /sa korom/, jedna paradajz i malo soli i bibera i pustila da sokovi ispare, vrnula slaninu ...pa filovala tortilje filom + malo salate + malo majoneza + malo rendanog sira ... eno gosti se dave, sve curi okolo al zadovoljni :) Quote Link to comment
pacey defender Posted July 18, 2015 Share Posted July 18, 2015 pileća krilca ubačena u rernu na 40ak minuta. zatim uvaljana u mešavinu: tomatino, sitno seckani đumbir, harisa sos, vuster sos, vegemite (nestalo soja sosa - improvizacija), med, sveže seckani origano. valjala se krilca tako u rerni još 15ak minuta. i valjala su. Kapar izgleda moze sto godina da stoji u frizu da se ne pokvari al sam se ja iskusno zeznuo pa puko preko 300 kinti za novu teglicu. Rolovana pileca prsa sa dimljenom sremskom slaninom,secerac,kuvani pa bacen na gril,pecena babura sa belim lukom i belim vinskim sircetom.
