JakeBlues Posted January 15, 2022 Share Posted January 15, 2022 Nadam se da zbog ovog neću biti trajno banovan , ali moram da pomenem da sam ne jednom kupovao i slao našima po belom svetu onaj Fant ili Aleva začin za ćevape i pljeskavice. Sastojci su: belančevine soje 35 %, kuhinjska so 26 %, začini 25 % (crni luk u prahu, beli luk u prahu, crni biber mleveni), sredstvo za dizanje testa (natrijum hidrogenkarbonat), dekstroza, pojačivači arome (mononatrijum-glutaminat 3 %, dinatrijum 5-ribonukleotidi). Znači zlo. Ali, po rečima onih kojima sam kupovao i slao - dovoljno je razmutiti ga u 100 gr mlake vode, dodati u 1 kg mlevene junetine, izmesiti, sačekati oko pola sata i krenuti s pečenjem. I ukus bude "ko nekada". Ima i Kontanyi svoju verziju tih začina, ali kažu da ona ima kim, i to definitivno nije ukus ćevapa na koji smo navikli. 1 1 Quote Link to comment
