Haralampije Posted August 9, 2020 Share Posted August 9, 2020 Srneci gulas sa chilijem i cokoladom Ispalo je odlicno, meso se odvaja od koske,jedan tanjir sasvim dosta za obed jer je jako jelo.Blago ljutkasto sa tvistom crne cokolade, Zacini uravnotezeni, ne iskace nista jer je srnetina dominantna.Dodao preko recepta dva fileta incuna, to ne skodi i dve kasike zutog secera.Zadovoljan. 2 1 Quote Link to comment

aram Posted August 10, 2020 Share Posted August 10, 2020 Ono što je meni bitno je da jaja skuvam tako da žumance ostane kremasto. Da lakše postignem da budu sasvim potopljena u tečnost, a sa manjom količinom, stavim ih u kesu koju zavežem i povremeno prevrnem... 2 Quote Link to comment
