Danas rešio da pravim sač, oće kiša, neće kiša, na kraju čekao do 15 h da stane pa je sač prilično okasnio od planiranih 17 h.Na kraju ipak ispalo ok.Juneće grudi i rebra plus povrće  

Lechon asado con mojo  - kubansko drpano prase u mojo marinadi. Generalno se služi samo sa pirinčem. Ja dod'o honey-mustard, grilovanu šunku i nanu da malo "povuče" na kubanski sendvič.

Nisam siguran kako je na dalmoški, ali blitva je indeed vrhstra :kralj:sinatra (my way): ulje, beli lukac dok ne pusti malo smeka, potom krompira ukockanog, so, + veće žile blitve, vode preko. posle iseckani listici blitve i na kraju par kapi mulja. Kao prilog ribi neprevaziđeno.
