Dakle, danas dinstanje luka do perfektne emulzije, pa motanje, pa tri sata kuvanja. Stoji hladna onda dan i po, pa kuvanje dva sata u utorak. Na hladno do četvrtka, a onda podgrevanje i zapecanje u rerni. adam Posted December 30, 2020 Share Posted December 30, 2020 kod mene se zasad dinsta luk sa sitno seckanom slaninom. tek stavio. treba mu jedno dvaes minuta. posle ide meso, biber i aleva. pa polako dalje. bice u serpi za jedno sat i po. kupio sasvim dobar kupus. na kesi pise skenderbeg - kiseli kupus. nemacki. nasao kod brace turaka. probao, zadovoljan. imam i ruska rebarca. slanina rumunska, dosta slana pa stavio malo, tek da zamirise. 1 Quote Link to comment
