Could someone help me to understand one thing, please ?

At the end of the season 1972/73, Hajduk Split finished ninth in the championship table and won the Yugoslav Cup (against Red Star). However Dinamo (8th) played European Cup Winner's Cup next season while Hajduk didn't play any European competitions during season 1973/74.

Has someone an explanation ?

Yes there were some confusion on how and why Hajduk did not participate at CWC season of 1973/74.

You were right in saying that Dinamo was able to participate because they were runners up in the season of 1972/73.

As you can see below: Games were played differently as scheduled, namely, games for the season 1972/73 were are played in one year: 1972.

This continued until 1974.

 

The communist party and Football association of Yugoslavia planned to give more freedom in participating and celebrating the "day of the youth" (Dan Mladosti), which was held on May 25^th each year at the national stadium in Belgrade. However, the plan failed and Tito’s Kup went on to a regular Fall / Spring competition. "Dan Mladosti" was still celebrated on May 25 until 1987

sei un grande!!

 

Provo a speigarti la mia "passione jugoslava" per lo sport.

Ho seguito i campionati di calcio dal 1974-75 al 1978-79 attraverso TV Koper-Capodistria che trasmetteva una partita del campionato jugoslavo di calcio (e di basket) con commento in italiano di Bruno Petrali e Sergio Tavcer.

Ero allora un ragazzino ma conservo ancora con cura tutti gli appunti presi allora dalla Tv (ci fosse stato internet ...) e che ora comincio a riportare nel computer.

Ho cercato di leggere tutti i post di questo forum e ho copiato quelli che capivo (foto, nomi, formazioni, risultati).

Ora chiedo se fosse possibile avere ancora notizie ed in particolare mi servirebbero le formazioni e i marcatori delle partite trasmesse allora in TV (le ho scritte tutte!)

Qualcuno ha pubblicato nel forum i link per i suoi "Godisnjak" (Evo i dva godisnjaka (1974-1976) i (1977-1978) ma non si possono più aprire.

E' possibile avere questi? (Godišnjak FSJ 1974/1975 i 1975/1976o Godišnjak FSJ 1976/1977- Godišnjak FSJ 1977/1978 -Godišnjak FSJ 1978/1979)

Successivamente ho trovato in internet  "godisnjak 1974/75 i 1975/76 e godisnjak 1977/1978 ma non 1976-1977: è per quello che aspettavo con ansia le tue "pubblicazioni" per poter aggiornare i miei dati.

Forse per capirsi meglio potrei mandarti il file in excel che sto pazientemente e con amore aggiornando, soprattutto con le tue notizie. (Fammi avere la tua mail)

Mi mancano ancora tante cose (poi potremmo parlare anche del basket di quel periodo. Che squadre!!!) 

 

Anch'io sono appassionato di statistica (lo avrai capito): ho tanto sulla squadra della mia città (AREZZO) con passato tra serie B e C (ma forse lo sai): forse scriverò prima o poi insieme ad alcuni amici un libro sulla storia statistica dell'Arezzo.

Non so cosa potrei darti in cambio ...
