ja ga malo doradim, proprzim na mulju, sitno naseckam bluka, pa ga dobro oladim u frizideru. tad bude ko pravi.
Jelda nije los? Za industriski ajvar je sasvim ok.Ja uzmem komad belog kozijeg (onaj turski okrugli) naseckam dve male ljute zelene dodam 3-4 kasike Baktata, malo bluka (bune se u kuci) u blender. Neka varijanta urnebesa & grckog tyrokafteri.

Da u konzervi onoj cilindricnoj. Vidi ako nadjes bugarski u kockastoj konzervi9ne cilindricnoj) taj je stvarno priva liga. Belo zeleni design.

Kupovao sam neki ovciji bugarski, pakovan u najlonu kao feta, nenormalno je dobar. Ti u cilindricnim konzervama (valjda se Gazi zovu) nisu losi, mada koziji nisam probao. Hvala za recept, sutra se mesi urnebes.
